Mr. Sanjay Baghel - Founder & CEO
Sanjay Baghel, a distinguished name in the real estate industry, brings over 33 years of invaluable experience and expertise to the table. With a background in civil engineering, Mr. Baghel has made significant contributions to the field throughout his illustrious career.
From 1993 to 2022, he served as the founder and managing director of both Parthivi Group and Parthivi Constructions Pvt Ltd, establishing a strong presence in the market.He founded Parthivi College of Engineering and Management, imparting quality education and nurturing young minds to become leaders in their respective fields. By combining his practical experience with theoretical knowledge, Mr. Baghel has created a holistic learning environment that has empowered countless students to realize their true potential.
Sanjay Baghel's dedication to the real estate sector extends beyond his own ventures. Since 2002, he has been an esteemed member of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India), an influential industry association. Recognizing his outstanding contributions, he served as the Vice President of CREDAI Chhattisgarh from 2012 to 2014, actively shaping policies and advocating for the growth and development of the real estate sector.

Sanjana is a multi-talented individual who has carved a niche for herself in the fields of architecture, entrepreneurship, and leadership. With a degree in architecture from BVP College of Architecture, Pune, she has honed her skills to create stunning architectural marvels that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality.
Sanjana's commitment to excellence and continuous learning led her to pursue an MSc in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Management from the prestigious University of Nottingham, where she emerged as a topper.
In addition to her academic achievements, Sanjana Baghel is also a national debate champion, having showcased her exceptional oratory skills at BITS Pilani in 2012. This accomplishment reflects her ability to articulate ideas, think critically, and effectively communicate her thoughts—an invaluable trait for an architect and entrepreneur.
In 2019, Sanjana ventured into the world of fashion and design by founding SA.BA DESIGNS, a popular unisex jewellery brand. With her keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, she has created a line of exquisite pieces that appeal to a diverse clientele. SA.BA DESIGNS has gained recognition for its unique designs, craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
Sanjana Baghel's passion for the real estate industry extends beyond her architectural expertise and entrepreneurial endeavors. She is an active member of CREDAI Chhattisgarh, a prominent industry association, and currently holds the esteemed position of State President of CG CREDAI CWW for the years 2023-2025.
During her one-year architecture internship at Red Architects, Mumbai—an esteemed architecture firm in India—Sanjana had the opportunity to work alongside renowned designer Gauri Khan. She played a pivotal role in designing the homes of celebrities such as Ranbir Kapoor, showcasing her exceptional talent and ability to bring unique visions to life.
